1 Pack Sunny & Luna Tagliatelle
3 Knottys Smooth Cashew Butter Sachets
2 Cloves of garlic (or 2tbsp garlic granules)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 cup hot water (optional)
1. Mix together cashew butter, garlic & salt.
2. Add hot water to loosen mixture to desired thickness. If you like your pasta sauce thick and creamy add less. We usually add around ½ cup.
3. Cook Cauliflower Tagliatelle as per pack instructions, it only takes 4minutes!
4. Drain tagliatelle and stir in cashew sauce whilst still hot.
Sprinkle on chilli flakes and tuck in!
