SPINACH RAVIOLI WITH GARLIC HERB EVOO

Have you ever been on the way home from work and faced the temptation of just buying a pack of ravioli for dinner? It's an easy, quick, fuss-free meal that packs a punch on flavour with almost no input from you. Our new Spinach Ravioli makes it even easier, with 12g protein per portion and stuffed with real fresh spinach. Paired with a garlic, herby oil, the simplicity of the ingredients allows the quality of each component to shine through.


Ingredienti

Serves 2


1 pack Sunny & Luna Spinach Ravioli

Extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

A big handful of finley chopped parsley and basil ¼ lemon

Parmesan to top, if you like


Preparazione


In small frying pan, heat oil over a low heat for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, add the ravioli to a saucepan of boiling salted water for 3.5 minutes.


Add the minced garlic to your oil and cook gently until fragrant. Chop herbs roughly and add them to the oil, taking it off the heat.


Drain ravioli, and transfer to the herby garlic oil. Toss ravioli in the oil and squeeze over the lemon, along with a good pinch of flakey sea salt.


Serve with a crack of black pepper and eat immediately. Top with parmesan if you like.
