Make this amazingly creamy and bright plant-based gnocchi in chive sauce featuring Nush's incredible almond spread.

This recipe is so delicious, bright, and creamy that you would never guess that it's completely plant-based! That's because we use the highest quality ingredients in our products to help you make a healthy, nutritious meal, without compromising on flavour.
The addition of the chives, with their mild onion taste, and the lemon give this dish a really bright summery freshness. This makes the sauce come out to be like a vegan version of a sour cream and onion dip!
P.S.: the empty Nush pot makes an excellent container for having a quick pasta snack on the go!
1 pack of Sunny & Luna Cauliflower Gnocchi
1 pot of Nush Chive Almond M*lk Spread
1 large onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, grated
¼ lemon, juice, and zest thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Chives, roughly chopped to garnish
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the onion and garlic.
When the onions have softened, add the Nush spread, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Thin the sauce with ¼ – ½ cup water until it is pouring consistency and keep warm on low heat.
In another frying pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat and add the gnocchi. Fry for 3-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve the gnocchi in two bowls and top with the sauce, lemon zest, chives, and a crack of black pepper.
