The Sunny Saucerer

This recipe couldn't be easier, the combination is so perfect there's a chance some have already had it, and haven't stopped having it.

The Saucerer conjures up the most delicious range of sauces:

We absolutely couldn't wait to stir them into our pasta, and are now sharing our wisdom of this recipe for Wild Mushroom and Truffle, Cauliflower Gnocchi. Or as we like to call it 'The Sunny Saucerer'.


Serves 2

Olive oil


Parmesan or vegan cashew parm

Chilli Flakes

Black Pepper



In a pan drizzle some olive oil, tip in the entire packet of Sunny & Luna Cauliflower gnocchi, for 5-6 minutes pan fry this through until crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.

Tip the entire jar of The Saucerer Wild mushroom and truffle oil pesto in the pan and gentle stir through for 1-2 minutes until warmed through.

Top with parmesan, chilli flakes or some herbs. All of this is optional

And there you have it, the perfect dinner made in under 10 minutes, in one pan!
